Nurse-Supported Caregiving

You are never left alone to manage complex medical situations. Lucy’s mother (an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner) or another licensed nurse is available—present on the premises or by phone with camera access—to provide skilled nursing oversight, direction, and support.

The perfect blend of flexibility, purpose, and support.
Unlike hectic facility roles where you're juggling a dozen patients, here you can focus fully on one young woman in a peaceful, respectful home environment.
- Not live-in — keep your own home: This is a daytime, commute-in role. You work your school-hours shifts and go home to your own life — no on-site housing, no overnight stays.
